Industrial

This aluminium honeycomb is ideal for a wide variety of industrial applications, as well as lightweight and energy absorbing structures for transportation. It is available in cell sizes ranging from 3 mm to 25 mm, and in foil gauges from 40 µm to 110 µ.m

5052

Commercial

The 5052 aluminium honeycomb provides the commercial market with a high degree of flexibility in solving lightweight, structural design challenges. The 5052 is available in unexpanded blocks, expanded sheets, unexpanded slices and pieces cut to size. This honeycomb boasts an excellent strength to weight ratio, unsurpassed corrosion resistance and bond durability, elevated temperature performance up to 177°C as well as easy machinability. In addition to these benefits the 5052 honeycomb also complies with the MIL-C- 7438 and many other aerospace specifications.

5056

Aeronautical

The 5056 aluminium honeycomb offers maximum mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance to the aeronautical market. The 5056 is available in unexpanded blocks, expanded sheets, unexpanded slices and pieces cut to size. This product complies with MIL-C-7438 amongst many other aerospace specifications in addition to boasting easy machinability, elevated temperature performance up to 177°C and resistance to fire, fungus and hostile environments.

Nomex Honeycombs

Multiple Industry Sectors

We provide a range of T722, T412 and N636 Nomex honeycombs. These are available in a range of densities, cell sizes and thicknesses, applicable in a range of industry sectors including aerospace, automotive, rail, marine and leisure.
